Francis Maude, Conservative MP for Horsham, is a leading advocate of Cameron's flagship policy of the Big Society.
Most people would agree that volunteering is a Good Thing. However, it's quite a different matter when it's within the context of drastic cuts to public services. Frankly, people feel that their good nature is being taken advantage of.
So Francis Maude faces quite a task to talk up Dave's Big Society idea. Presumably he practices what he preaches?
In other words .... no.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment, it's just that conspiracy theories about Bilderberg may be a bit contentious. I didn't disagree otherwise.
